CUSTOMER SHIPMENT POLICY

The products purchased in TUCAN HOME will be sent to all the territory of Peninsular Spain in a standard way, for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra we use Express Mail Package for which it is necessary to request a quote. If you are interested in the delivery of your order in areas not covered today by TUCAN HOME, or in countries other than Spain, we would appreciate it if you could contact us to evaluate this possibility as well as the logistical cost of doing so. When placing your order you will have the option to indicate a BILLING address and a shipping address of the merchandise. The order will be sent to the address of SENDING that you have indicated to us at the time of confirming your order. TUCAN HOME will proceed, for standard products and in stock, to send your order within a maximum period of 7 days, although the average delivery period is within 4 days, counting from the moment in which the collection thereof has been confirmed. . The indicated delivery time refers to working days, from Monday to Friday. On weekends the delivery of the goods will not be made at home. TUCAN HOME will do everything possible to respect the delivery terms mentioned in its general conditions of sale. However, it is not responsible for the consequences due to a delay in shipping or a loss of the package, caused by people outside our company, by yourself or for unforeseeable reasons and force majeure.

The payment method chosen by you may affect the delivery terms. If you choose the payment by, credit and debit card, PayPal or financed the processing of the order is immediate during working hours. If the selected form of payment is the deposit account or bank transfer, you will need to send us the bank receipt with the deposit to speed up the procedures by email to info@tucanhome.es.

TUCAN HOME never sends the orders freight collectively but adds the transport in the cost of the order so you never have to pay anything to the courier. In case you did not receive your package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the transport company, which could last several days. TUCAN HOME will contact you to explain what happened and how to solve it. We inform you that upon receiving your order you must verify that the product arrives in perfect condition. If you detect any anomaly in the delivery you will have to indicate the incident by hand on the delivery note of the carrier, or notify it to info@tucanhome.es within 24 h after the delivery of the shipment.

Among the shipping methods TUCAN HOME usually uses urgent courier services with companies such as Nacex and Seur. At the price of the product indicated in the TUCAN HOME store, shipping costs will be added to your address.
