PRODUCT WARRANTY
Regarding the guarantee of the products, it is important to emphasize that all the products supplied by TUCAN HOME are within the normative framework of guarantees of the European Community. If a product purchased from TUCAN HOME is defective, the customer may exercise the warranty certificate of the affected product, under the legally established terms. The guarantee applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturer, not contemplating any use other than that established in the guarantee, TUCAN HOME declines in any case the responsibility derived from the use thereof. An alleged defect will not be covered by the product warranty when it has been caused by negligence, bumping, use or improper handling, nor does it cover materials subjected to wear and tear due to its normal use.
The crockery in particular is not a perfect product and may have small defects and irregularities arising from the manufacturing process. The guarantee does not cover small manufacturing defects.
When the use of the guarantee is justified, the repair, replacement of the item, rebate or return will be opted for, in the terms established by law. It must be taken into account that a guarantee will lose its value in the following cases:
- When you modify, alter or replace any of the data of the same or proof of purchase..
- When the guaranteed product is handled or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
- If you do not have the purchase invoice issued by TUCAN HOME.
