TUCANHOME will accept the return of your order within 7 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Law in Spain. In order to do so, it is necessary to proceed as follows:

  • You must send us an email indicating your intention to return the product. Our customer service department will answer you by means of another email giving you the instructions to follow for the return of the product.
  • The cost of return of the product will be borne by the customer who returns it, and this must also assume the risks associated with the return of your package. The merchandise returned must arrive in perfect condition for the return to be appropriate.
  • In case of lack of conformity of the good with the contract, that is, when you as a customer justify that the product does not correspond to the description and characteristics published in TUCAN HOME, you will be entitled to return the product being TUCAN HOME who assume the expenses of the return.
  • To be able to return the product you must ensure that the products have not been used, that they keep their original packaging, the purchase invoice, instructions for use and all their accessories. The return will be made to the address indicated by the staff of TUCAN HOME according to the instructions indicated in the email you will receive in this regard.
  • In the event that the return is not accepted by the Manufacturer of the product, on the understanding that the product to be returned has previously been used or has been mistreated, it is informed that these products will remain in the store indicated by TUCAN HOME to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.
  • Returned unidentified packages will not be accepted, that is, in which there is nothing to identify the sender of the return.
  • The refund in the client's account as a consequence of this return, will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by TUCAN HOME. The purchase price of the returned product will be refunded but not the delivery costs or the contra-refund commission contracted with the delivery. Previously, an email will have been sent to the person who made the return, informing them of the refund to be made.
  • No returns will be accepted on products that are purchased on sale nor with personalized features such as color, type of material, or etc .. Only return is allowed in the case that there are defects produced in the manufacture or deterioration produced in the shipment.
